Online payments are more convenient and flexible. Paying online means no time spent mailing checks or depositing money at your bank. Paying online reduces the risk of late fees. Online payments also allow you to see when payments are scheduled. Renters have the convenience of three payment methods to choose from: ACH, debit or credit card.

Renters can either make a one-time monthly rent payment or set up recurring monthly payments. The rent payment amount and due date are set by the landlord.

ACH stands for Automated Clearing House, and it means a renter pays directly from their bank account. There is currently no fee for renters and landlords who transact with ACH.

Free for renters if they pay with ACH (bank transfer). Tenants will pay a 3.30% fee when using a credit card and debit payments.
